My passion is to improve the value creation in any given company or business unit.

I engage with clients to clarify what it will take to improve the value creation e.g. a new and clear strategy, better implementation of the current strategy, business process optimisation, better goal cascading, project governance and/or performance management etc.. Often you can target all of these elements and probably many more, but then the first value most often comes from a clear prioritization and full commitment to this in top management.

I enjoy working with such challenges and facilitating the work leading to improved value creation in any part of an organization. This is why I became a consultant.

In my work I'm inspired by - and strive to make:

  • Clear and simple solutions - Strategy and strategy implementation is not rocket science, there is just so many pitfalls in the process of bringing your strategy successfully into action

  • Holistic solutions - where goals and targets can be clearly cascaded and thereby executed upon by all managers and ultimately all employees

  • Reliable and long standing business process and solutions

 

My work style is open and honest. My clients and former colleagues know me as a trustworthy and outgoing person with a tremendous drive and good interpersonal skills. I work proactively and structured with any given task. These are all characteristics I have practised and developed in my career in the industry as well as management consultant.
